Weddings are often stressful time for everyone involved, especially for the couples and their vendors. It's a once in a lifetime event where everything is expected to be perfect without any hiccups. My weddings usually require me to be on my feet anywhere from 6 hours to 12+ hours, and often go on for several days with my South Asian weddings. It's crucially important for me to not only be fit, but also energized to capture unforgettable moments and amazing images for my brides and grooms. Yoga is the best way to keep myself fit for those long days, and my mind completely alert and centered to create. Here's a great article on '8 Reasons to Do Yoga on your Wedding Day' from Brides.com I'd like to share with you. Namaste!
